Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Germany seeks a motivated intern to join the Supply Network Operations team. You will help drive strategic decisions, analyze large datasets, and contribute to after-sales supply chain projects within a dynamic, international environment.

You will work on design and execution of supply chain initiatives, with coaching, mentorship, and a path toward a full-time opportunity after graduation. Fluency in English and German is expected.

Qualifications

• You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.
• You are available for a duration of 3-6 months.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for supply chain topics.

• You bring expertise in big data management, and you have substantial experience working with AI applications.

YOUR ROLE

At P&G, we consider the Supply Network Operations as the engine that accelerates value creation. Getting thousands of different products onto the shelves in our customer’s stores in the right quantities, at the right time and with perfect quality really does present a new challenge every day.

At our DACH Headquarters, you will support to make strategic decisions on how to run our supply chain. These decisions are focused on how to better serve our customers and, at the same time, save costs and cash.

During your internship you might be leading an internal supply chain after-sales project. Another project could be working with our customers on the design and execution of different supply chain projects in after-sales markets. In these projects, you will have the opportunity to structure large-scale data and make strategic use of AI technologies. You could also be managing a P&G after-sales warehousing & transportation operations project or lead a cost saving project.

As we know this is challenging, we make sure that each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and training as they deliver their work.
