Pay:

MDM Analyst II – 14A – 66,600 – 83,200

SR MDM Analyst – 15A – 75,300 – 100,400

Scheduled Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 07:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Job may require additional hours as required.

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The MDM Analyst is responsible for maintaining high-quality master data across supply chain systems. This role ensures compliance with data governance standards, executes complex data maintenance tasks, and provides subject matter expertise to support operational excellence.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and validate master data for accuracy and completeness.
• Execute complex data cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities.
• Monitor data quality metrics and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support data quality monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data issues.
• Assist in documenting processes and recommending improvements.

Education and Experience Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred
• MDM Analyst II Requires at least 2 years of related experience
• SR MDM Analyst Requires at least 5 years of related experience
• Related experience can be defined as: Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, or materials management. Experience performing data analysis and developing reports to support business decisions. Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems and Microsoft Excel. Experience supporting process improvement, cost analysis, supplier performance, inventory optimization, or demand/supply planning.

• Strong understanding of MDM principles and data governance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Maintain data accuracy above defined thresholds.

• Provide actionable insights for improving data quality.
• Support projects as a subject matter expert.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in PowerBi
