Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in both business operations and marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), analytics, or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support projects related to procurement, supply planning, logistics, and operational improvement.
• Analyze business and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, campaign analytics, and CRM reporting.
• Conduct market research, customer insights (VOC), and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, engineering, product management, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
• Support internal communications, events, and content development.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve research, data analysis, content creation, and business process efficiency while developing responsible AI skills in a professional environment.
