At Solenis, our internship program provides students with meaningful hands‑on experience that goes beyond traditional summer work. Interns are assigned real projects that support manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals. This program is designed to help students apply classroom learning to real‑world challenges, develop practical technical skills, and gain exposure to manufacturing operations in a global specialty chemical company.
Long-Term Career Pathway This internship is designed to provide meaningful hands‑on experience while helping identify future talent for Solenis Manufacturing and Operations. High-performing interns may be considered for future opportunities within Solenis, including participation in our Operations Leadership Development Program following graduation. The program is designed to provide broad exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement through rotational assignments across multiple facilities and business functions. Participants gain experience working alongside plant and corporate leaders while developing the technical, operational, and leadership skills needed for a successful career in manufacturing and operations. Successful program participants may have opportunities to build careers in areas such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Plant Leadership.
For the summer of 2027 we anticipate interns in: Florence, KY; Savannah, GA; Suffolk, VA; Watertown, WI; and Wilmington, DE.
