Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Topology Planning seeks a Supply Chain Manager, North America, to own mid-to-long term topology strategy, build plans, and topology optimization tools for delivery station planning. Responsibilities

• Own 3YF AMZL Last Mile POR Execution and delivery to secure incremental capacity.
• Improve topology optimization engine/tools used on a daily/weekly basis for greater accuracy and productivity.
• Work with multiple stakeholders (10 to 12) across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning to successfully deliver POR.
• Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the process, creating additional value, and driving automation.
• Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion.
• Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams.
• Write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals.
• Perform data analysis and utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenge.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
