Amazon.com Services LLC's AMXL Last Mile Supply Chain team seeks an experienced Demand Planner to join our XLDS network as Supply Chain Manager II, S&OP - Demand Planning.

You will develop demand plans, analyze trends and seasonality, collaborate with capacity management, OTR, operations, data science and BIE, monitor forecast accuracy, and support new product launches with data-driven forecasting.

Amazon Heavy & Bulky Logistics (AMXL) is seeking an experienced and motivated demand planner to join our last mile demand planning team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, moves quickly, and is eager to learn and grow with our business.

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand plans for XLDS network.
  • Analyze trends, seasonality, and HVE impacts to optimize the plan allocation
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including capacity management, OTR team, operations, data science and BIE team
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support new product launches with data‑driven forecasting.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews.

About the team

The AMXL Last Mile Supply Chain team owns end‑to‑end planning and process technology for Amazon's heavy and bulky delivery network. We operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution — driving initiatives that optimize last mile capacity, improve delivery experience, and scale operations. Our team partners across AMXL operations, transportation, technology, and services to deliver programs that shape the future of last mile logistics for oversized items. We value builders who can operate independently, influence without authority, and bring a deep understanding of supply chain fundamentals to solve complex, ambiguous problems

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
