  • - Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and tooling improvements to reduce manual effort and improve workflow efficiency within defined scope areas.
Process Improvement & Operational Rigor
  • - Drive process improvement initiatives across assigned areas of the ordering lifecycle, establishing mechanisms that reduce variance and improve compliance with procurement standards.
  • - Own and maintain KPIs and metrics that provide visibility into ordering health, catalog accuracy, purchase order issuance quality, and inventory receiving performance.
  • - Conduct deep-dive analyses on recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions that improve outcomes within the team's scope.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
  • - Partner with teams across multiple organizations (Finance, Launch, GPO, etc.) to align on standards and drive adoption of ordering best practices within assigned areas.
  • - Contribute to executive-level communication including Monthly Business Reviews by preparing data, insights, and supporting materials that inform leadership decisions.
  • - Work with technical teams to define requirements for system enhancements and tool improvements that support the ordering process.
Operational Excellence & Team Contribution
  • - Support the establishment and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs) with internal customers, helping to monitor performance and escalating issues as needed.
  • - Contribute to training programs and knowledge management efforts that enable effective onboarding and reduce key-person dependencies.
  • - Participate in continuous improvement efforts by contributing to feedback loops, retrospectives, and mechanisms that capture learnings and share best practices across the team.
