Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Seven to ten years of overall experience with management responsibilities preferred.
• Experience leading, scheduling, training, and developing warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping to maintain accurate inventory and on-time support for production and customer orders.
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop warehouse staff across shifts with focus on safety and standard work.
• Improve inventory integrity through cycle counts, discrepancy analysis, and accurate ERP transactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, conduct audits, reinforce 5S practices, and reduce risks in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Quality and Operations on schedules, priorities and delivery exceptions.

Impact of this Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations that support on-time production and customer delivery. Through strong leadership, standard work, effective material flow, inventory control, and continuous improvement, you will strengthen operational performance and ensure materials and customer orders move through the facility efficiently and accurately.

What Success Looks Like

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping activities to maintain accurate inventory flow and provide on-time support for production and customer orders.
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop warehouse employees while reinforcing safety, accountability, and standard work across shifts.
• Improve inventory integrity through cycle counts, root-cause analysis of discrepancies, accurate ERP transactions, and stronger inventory processes.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements, conduct audits, reinforce 5S practices, and proactively reduce risks in warehouse and material-handling operations.
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to improve material flow, reduce waste, and support operational and system improvements.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, service providers, Sales and Marketing, Quality, and Operations regarding schedules, requirements, priorities, resources, pricing, lead times, and delivery exceptions.

What You Bring to the Role

• A university degree, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Five to seven years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Management experience, with seven to ten years of overall experience preferred.
• Experience leading, scheduling, training, and developing warehouse employees.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, ERP transactions, cycle counting, discrepancy analysis, safety compliance, and 5S.
• The ability to improve existing methods and processes as part of day-to-day operations.
• The capacity to work in an active warehouse environment that includes frequent standing, walking, and carrying objects weighing more than 5 kg or 11 lb.
• Comfort working around forklifts, order pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
