Qualifications

  • 5–10 years in supply chain, procurement, or operations in manufacturing/engineering environments.
  • Experience in aerospace, energy, industrial manufacturing, or high‑tech manufacturing.
  • Experience sourcing high-precision or electromechanical components.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all supply chain activities, including sourcing, procurement, production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical manufactured components, including motors, magnetic bearings, power electronics, and other precision parts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency and supply reliability.
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to support new product development and production schedules.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, quality issues, and supplier disruptions.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance production requirements, availability, and cost.

Job Summary
