ATOMS Careers page is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support scaling operations from retrofit builds to a large-scale driverless fleet. Key responsibilities include procurement, logistics, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Supply Chain Management and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress.
Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that.
Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.
This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale.
We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.

Support the Head of Supply Chain in building the operating system that enables Atoms to scale from early retrofit builds to thousands of human‑driven AV data‑collection vehicles, and eventually to large‑scale driverless L4 fleet deployment. This role owns day‑to‑day execution across procurement, logistics, inventory control, VIN‑specific kitting, supplier coordination, and part‑level traceability.
The core mission is to make sure every retrofit vehicle has the right hardware, in the right place, on time, with clean tracking from supplier PO → lot number → serial number → VIN → installer → calibration result → warranty/RMA history. This traceability model is central to the operating plan.
This is a high‑impact execution role at the center of Atoms’ fleet scale‑up. The Supply Chain Manager will help turn complex AV hardware into a repeatable, trackable, production‑ready system. Every improvement in procurement speed, inventory accuracy, kitting discipline, and supplier follow‑up directly increases retrofit throughput, vehicle uptime, and data‑collection capacity.
The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance‑based bonus.
Benefits are subject to change at the company's discretion. Atoms accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
