MARSHALLTOWN is seeking a Supply Chain Manager at our Fayetteville, AR facility to lead Procurement/Replenishment and Logistics as part of the Supply Chain team. The role reports to our Vice President of Supply Chain and Operational Excellence and is not remote.

The position focuses on strategic planning, inventory availability, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, and Maintenance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience
• Experience leading supply chain teams strongly preferred
• Proficient understanding of MRP operating principles
• Strong communication to negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Familiarity with import/export processes and related documentation
• Organizational and project management skills with data-driven decision making
• Advanced MS Excel/Word/Outlook skills
• Team-oriented and self-directed

Our Fayetteville, AR location is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the Procurement/Replenishment & Logistics arms of our Supply Chain team. This position is accountable to our Vice President of Supply Chain and Operational Excellence and is based out of our Fayetteville, AR facility. This is not a remote position.

Position summary

• Strategic planning, assessing future supply and transportation logistics, and ensuring the right amount of product is available at the right place and the right time.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners like Engineering, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, and Maintenance.
• Leverage the scale of our procurement system.
• Use your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 4+ years' experience in business management, merchandising, or related area - strong preference for a candidate with an engineering degree
• Previous experience leading supply chain teams strongly preferred.
• Proficient understanding of MRP Materials Resource Planning operating principles, required
• Strong communication skills to effectively negotiate and communicate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Familiarity with the import or export process of containers, LCL, or bulk material, as well as documentation requirements associated with import and export of goods. Direct experience, strongly preferred.
• Effective organizational & project management skills through proven experience
• Ability to manage, analyze, and make decisions using large volumes of data
• Excellent PC skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Team orientation with ability to be self-directed
