Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC in the United States is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management (WAM) specialist for the Energy & Utilities sector. You will lead end-to-end implementations across multiple commodities, covering WAM, FSM, Mobility, and ISU-related processes from project preparation to go-live.

The role requires 4+ end-to-end implementations, strong leadership, and English fluency; familiarity with SAP MM/IM/WM/PM/PS and SAP ISU is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ end-to-end SAP implementations in Energy & Utilities (Energy and Utilities industry)
• Excellent command of English
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Work & Asset Management (WAM) and related modules
• Proven leadership, project planning, resource management and delivery to scope, on time and on budget

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation projects in Energy & Utilities from project preparation to go-live
• Drive end-to-end SAP WAM deployments and integrate processes with other applications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

Job description

• Gas Utilities Implementation Experience: Understanding of Gas Transmission and Distribution operations, crew management, FERC accounting, regulatory requirements, capital construction, and GIS applications.
• Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on SAP expertise in SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management (WAM) with multiple commodities (e.g., electric, gas, water, wastewater), and with knowledge of the other WAM processes (Field Service Management (FSM), Mobility) and SAP ISU (Device/Work Management) with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations (two specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Nice to have skills:
• SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with WAM business processes and workflows, and the ability to integrate these operations processes with SAP and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions.
• Leadership and Project Management Skills: Team leadership skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.
• AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with other Business Processes and SAP Modules: SAP MM, IM, WM, PM, and PS; SAP Industry for Utilities (ISU), SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerPlan.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
