Job summary

Executive Recruiting Group is looking for a Supply Chain Lead to oversee procurement activities in aircraft development and execute Supply Chain Management strategies for transitioning from R&D to production.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management and over 10 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry. The candidate will manage supplier deliverables and provide leadership to the SCM team, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ professional experience in Aerospace Industry Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Experience in R&D or fundamental research program is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Aerospace Parts and FAA Conformity Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement activities supporting Proof of Concept.
• Manage supplier performance and development progress in coordination with teams.
• Develop and implement Supply Chain and Procurement processes and tools.
