  • Measure RF activity (lines per hour) and non‑RF activity via supplemental methods.
  • Provide insight into root causes of performance variances.
  • Track activities completed outside of RF.
Goal Setting & Benchmarking
  • Establish productivity goals by operating company (LPMH targets) aligned with industry standards.
  • Facilitate performance reviews with OPCO leaders to drive accountability.
  • Build benchmarking models comparing OPCO performance to peers and industry norms.
Labor Planning & Forecasting
  • Develop labor models to determine FTEs per department (inbound, outbound, replenishment, specialty) for new distribution centers and investment committees.
  • Support greenfield and expansion planning with workforce projections.
  • Recommend optimized headcount distribution and shift models.
Enterprise Reporting & Dashboards
  • Build and maintain dashboards reporting daily activity by department, productivity metrics (LPMH, utilization, downtime), and recommended headcount allocations.
  • Provide executive‑level reporting on enterprise labor performance.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Training
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT on data capture, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Train supervisors and managers on interpreting standards and productivity reports.
  • Support the adoption of continuous improvement practices (Lean, 5 S, Kaizen).
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in labor standards, industrial engineering, or workforce planning within supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
