Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Supply Chain Summer Intern to join our North America team for the summer of 2027. You will work on process improvement projects and collaborate with plant and divisional leadership in one of our state-of-the-art facilities.

We are seeking candidates pursuing a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, with internship experience and involvement in student organizations. Relocation is encouraged, travel of 10-20% may be required. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field required.
• Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience in manufacturing.
• Active involvement in student organizations such as SCM Association, SWE, NSBE, SHPE, etc.
• Volunteerism or similar activities.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable with relocation now and in the future.
• Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost reduction, network optimization, and process improvement opportunities.
• Build project plans and manage and/or support projects to completion.
• Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis.
• Assist/support Supply Chain department daily.
• Support supply and demand planning initiatives.
