Job summary

EnerMech is offering an internship in our Supply Chain group in Houston. You will gain hands-on experience on real procurement projects, supplier sourcing, data analysis, and reporting using Excel and Power BI.

You will work with industry experts and mentors across the Americas, including the United States, Mexico, and other regional operations. The role focuses on developing essential skills in data analysis, supply chain optimization, and logistics in a supportive, growth-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering).
• Proficient with Excel; familiarity with Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier sourcing, market research, and RFQ activities.
• Prepare supplier quote comparisons (pricing, lead times, terms, compliance).
• Assist with purchase requisitions, orders, and follow-up.
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain documentation.
• Track procurement savings and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain Excel and Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support projects across the Americas (US, Mexico, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago).
• Maintain sourcing files, quotations, contracts, and audit docs.
