Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Desire to stay organized and manage workflow.
• Willing to research/test scan gun technologies.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) is a plus.
• Prior Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive CI opportunities in supply chain processes.
• Assist with routine procurement, inventory management, and logistics tasks.
• Receive materials for the warehouse and organize cycle counts.
• Issue material to ongoing projects and track usage.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain team through a combination of project-based assignments and day-to-day operational activities. This internship provides exposure to procurement, inventory management, logistics, planning, and supply chain analytics. The intern will contribute to departmental goals by assisting with routine supply chain functions, data analysis, and supplier-related activities while also leading or supporting up to three meaningful projects focused on improving efficiency, inventory accuracy, reporting, or overall supply chain performance.
