Job summary

Brady Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking an ISC Finance Manager who will own budgeting, reporting, cost control and financial modeling, while driving insights and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role reports to the Finance Director and blends strategic analysis with hands-on financial operations.

You'll partner with department heads, develop robust financial models, evaluate scenarios, and help optimize resources to support sustainable growth across Brady's Americas.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Enterprise Application experience (E.g. SAP, Oracle, Essbase, One Stream).

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

By effectively managing budgets, ensuring financial compliance, and providing strategic insights, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our organization in the Americas.

What You'll Be Doing

What You Will Need To Be Successful
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Enterprise Application experience (E.g. SAP, Oracle, Essbase, One Stream)
