Reporting directly to the Group President, this executive leader will build functional capabilities, elevate supplier performance, optimize working capital and inventory, mitigate global supply risk, and drive operational consistency across all business units.

This role provides direct leadership to Category Management, Supplier Quality, and Sourcing/Inventory teams while providing functional guidance and strategic direction to plant-level Supply Chain Managers through a matrixed reporting structure. Success requires an accomplished leader who seamlessly bridges executive strategy with hands‑on plant floor engagement, embedding within operations to gain buy‑in from local site leadership and elevate overall supply performance.

Core Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Matrix Alignment

  • Lead, mentor, and elevate direct and matrixed team members through coaching, career development, and performance management.
Procurement, Sourcing & Trade Management
  • Lead overall supply management policies, enforcing commercial terms and conditions to optimize pricing, payment terms, service levels, and working capital.
  • Oversee international supply chain risk, global sourcing compliance, trade compliance, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Develop resilient multi‑sourcing strategies across high‑volume SKU lines to prevent supply disruptions and lower total cost of ownership.
Operations, Inventory & Lean Optimization

  • Drive Lean transformation, Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement frameworks across all procurement, logistics, and plant inventory workflows.
  • Oversee comprehensive supply chain operations, including logistics planning, materials management, freight cost optimization, order fulfillment, and indirect spend.
  • Identify and integrate emerging supply chain technologies, analytics tools, and operational best practices across all operating entities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive current supply chain leadership experience in complex, high-volume manufacturing plant environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related technical field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Tenure: Demonstrated track record of career stability, progressive responsibility, and measurable achievements in prior positions.
  • Multi‑Site Leadership: Proven ability to navigate decentralized matrix structures, build alignment across independent sites, and earn respect on the plant floor.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of high‑SKU inventory management, international trade compliance, global sourcing, logistics, and enterprise ERP platforms.
