Johnson & Johnson is pursuing a strategic separation of its Orthopedics business to form DePuy Synthes, with the new structure anticipated within 18–24 months. The role leads multi-year digitization of the supply chain, shaping the technology vision and roadmap for end-to-end planning, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.

You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Privacy, Security, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure validated, secure, and audit-ready environments, while

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Extensive leadership in technology and supply chain transformation.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute multi-year Supply Chain Digitization strategy.
• Establish technology vision and roadmap for digital capabilities across end-to-end supply chain.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Data and leaders.
• Lead design and deployment of digital solutions, platforms, and processes.
• Govern cross-functional transformation programs with governance and risk management.
• Drive optimization of planning, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and inventory.
