Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support the creation and optimization of a demand plan for devices and related materials across the enterprise. You will gather data, develop forecasts, and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met, working with moderate guidance in your area of knowledge.

Responsibilities include enhancing forecasts, tracking inventory, and developing reports to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Analytical reasoning and data-driven decision making to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
• Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions.
• Experience or exposure to demand planning processes and ERP-based planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, maintain, and monitor demand forecasts, identifying key risks to leadership.
• Monitor inventory levels and requirements across the supply chain network, identifying potential service issues.
• Develop reports to analyze KPIs and provide in-depth data insights to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with BI/Analytics team to develop reports and dashboards for current planning applications.
• Mentor junior analysts to support accurate and timely planning work.
