Job summary

Moog Inc. in Torrance, CA seeks a Supply Chain Data & Process Leader to drive process improvements and SAP implementation across the site. You will partner with IT and cross-functional teams to standardize supply chain workflows, build AI-enabled tools, and ensure data integrity for scalable operations.

The role requires 6+ years in supply chain, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a collaborative mindset to influence leaders and implement strategic changes within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or supply chain.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain.
• Experience with supply chain systems and SAP implementation.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assess, redesign, and improve site supply chain processes.
• Support change management and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT resources to support supply chain systems and AI strategy.
• Guide systems, tools, and processes across implementation and enhancements.
• Lead data cleansing, validation, and master data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support Moog Supply Chain objectives.
