• Experience with advanced Excel and data analytics.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, Epicor, Infor).
• Experience cleansing and validating large datasets.
• Knowledge of master data management concepts.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Self-directed, able to work independently.
• Strong communication translating data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from ERP and business systems.
• Validate supplier, material, purchasing, and spend data for accuracy.
• Run data validation checks across ERP platforms and identify issues.
• Analyze spend patterns and supplier activity to uncover cost savings.
• Support development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and spend visibility tools.
• Transform data into actionable insights for sourcing and procurement leaders.
• Develop recommendations based on data trends and opportunities.
• Define business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to support savings projects.
• Support supplier consolidation through fact-based analysis.
• Identify data quality gaps and report improvements.
• Document master data governance recommendations.
