Job summary

Your mission

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be a key link between our Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Project teams, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time to deliver on our customer commitments. While the below reflects your primary focus, your scope may evolve as the business grows.

Key responsibilities
  • Acting as a central point of coordination between the Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, incoming inspection and Project teams to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations:
    • Participating actively in the Production – Supply Chain meetings
    • Releasing manufacturing orders in coordination with production needs
    • Coordinating the availability and preparation of kitting for production, ensuring materials are ready to meet production schedules and customer delivery deadlines
    • Coordination with our warehouse and incoming inspection colleagues
  • Scheduling
    • Ensure the correct scheduling of Manufacturing Order (MO) with Manufacturing team
    • Ensure that the impact of any re‑scheduled MO is correctly cascaded into all the linked transfer/PO/Sub MO, ....
    • Have a central view of subsystem replenishment status
  • Transport
    • Organizing import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and timely execution
    • Ensure good completion of mandatory information for export control (HS code, regulation etc)
  • Communicating proactively and efficiently with all internal and external parties involved in the supply chain (suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, internal stakeholders)
  • Anticipating and escalating supply risks that could impact production or customer delivery timelines
  • Maintaining accurate records of supply chain activities and contributing to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Being proficient and actively involved in ERP improvement
Must have
  • 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination role
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
  • Strong organizational & operational skills and a structured, hands‑on approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly with all levels of the organization and with external partners
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with kitting, production planning, or manufacturing supply chains
  • Experience organizing international shipments and managing freight forwarders or customs processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar)
  • IATA and/or ADR safety adviser certification (Dangerous goods)
  • Knowledge of export control regulations (e.g. ITAR, EAR)
  • Experience in the aerospace, defence, or high‑tech manufacturing sector
  • Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
