Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role supports order processing for the despatch team and ensures accuracy in stock and deliveries, with daily interactions with hauliers and customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain coordination, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a team-based role requiring flexibility to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of supply chain software systems is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the with the processing of customer orders for the despatch team
• Supplying information to customers as required
• Receipt of POD's(proof of delivery) and contact haulier with any queries with them
• Contact hauliers to deliver daily orders to customer depot
• Record of all inbound and outbound movements of equipment ensuring a system is maintained to check charges
• Daily stock count of equipment to make sure balances stay at an acceptable level
• Work with the despatch team when required to suit the business needs

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator at our potato packing sites in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 06:00hrs to 14:30hrs

Salary: £14.49 per hour
