• Data Entry: Updating order screens and tracking quantities in the system.
• Online Orders: Processing enrollments and managing pending requests.
• Special Requests: Handling dropship customer requests and processing returns.
• Supply Management: Monitoring stock levels for devices, SIM cards, packaging materials, and inserts.
• Reporting: Providing updates to the Manager as tasks are completed.
• Quality Check: Identifying errors and reporting issues for correction.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Fulfillment CenterAssociate I to join our warehouse team. In this role, you are on the front lines of our operations. You’ll be responsible for the "boots on the ground" tasks that ensure our customers get what they need on time.

If you are someone who enjoys staying active, hitting daily goals, and takes pride in organized, accurate work, this is the perfect spot for you. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep inventory moving and orders flowing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will involve high-energy tasks across our distribution channels. Depending on the day, you will be assigned to any one of our specialty areas.

Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and prepping orders for shipment.

Receiving: Processing new inventory shipments and handling RMAs (returns) with care.

Inventory Care: Organizing the warehouse layout to keep items accessible and tidy.

Data Entry: Updating PO screens, confirming order fulfillment, and tracking SIM quantities in the system.

Parcel & Customer Support

Online Orders: Processing online enrollments and managing pending requests.

Special Requests: Handling dropship customer requests and processing returns.

Supply Management: Keeping a close eye on stock levels for devices, SIM cards, packaging materials, and marketing inserts.

Communication & Accuracy

Reporting: Providing regular updates to the Manager as you complete tasks.

Quality Check: Spotting errors or process issues and reporting them immediately to ensure they get fixed.

Requirements
