We are currently deploying this technology across the US and Europe. In addition, we’ve signed $30M+ in carbon removal offtake agreements with leading corporations looking to meet their climate goals, supercharging geographical CREW’s expansion.

CREW has offices and labs in New Haven, CT and offices in Brooklyn, NY.

We are funded by Counteract, ReGen, Ponderosa, Connecticut Innovations and others. We've secured large contracts with the premier buyers of carbon credits through the Frontier Climate Fund (Stripe, Shopify, Autodesk, McKinsey, among others) and have been selected by the Department of Energy as one of the few potential suppliers of high-quality carbon credits to the federal government.

  • By working with Product Team, develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into logistics operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, finance, and commercial teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct supplier and deployment site visits to review mineral products, and oversee initial deliveries, respectively.
  • Monitor market trends to anticipate pricing fluctuations and supply availability.
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelors in supply chain management or engineering (or similar field).
  • 8+ years of experience in loose bulk supply chain and logistics roles, preferably within the minerals or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations with large-scale commodity suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation (bulk road, rail, and barge), storage, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and supply chain analytics.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software.
