Job summary

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to join the Global Supply Management Systems and Tools team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will analyze supplier data, support system implementations, and help optimize procurement processes with hands-on project exposure.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in supply chain, business, or data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables, and data cleaning.
• Interest in supplier management, processes, systems, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support SPMS activities with requirements documentation and data validation.
• Assist ACME data and reporting, including contract information and reconciliation.
• Analyze supply chain data across Excel, Power BI, SAP, SPS, and Ivalua.
• Support supplier master data, scorecards, and reporting exceptions.
• Create process maps, work instructions, and project updates.
• Test system enhancements and document results, coordinate with IT and users.
• Explore AI tools to improve data analysis and documentation.
