Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst with supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain materials planning and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to understand business processes and lead improvements.
• Experience using AI tools to build dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Allocations professionals to meet and exceed financial goals by ensuring inventory is delivered to the right store at the right time.
• Collaborate with distribution centers, supply chain, planning, and business units to support strategies that align future financial and product opportunities.
• Lead the development of seasonal strategies that maintain smooth product flows through outbound DC management.
• Ensure Allocators maintain in-store inventory levels that support the foundation of the plan, buying strategies, and drive efficiencies and profitability.
• Consolidate, analyze, and communicate size and location-based performance, including sales and inventory comparisons, seasonality, and marketing impacts.
• Utilize data analyses to identify and act on business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define inventory ownership strategies for basic styles and manage replenishment to meet in-stock targets.
• Select, lead, evaluate, coach, train, and develop a team of Allocations professionals.
