Job summary

Staffmark Group in McHenry, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The role offers a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year with a Monday–Friday schedule, and involves processing purchase orders in SAP, maintaining supplier records, and coordinating with manufacturing and logistics.

Candidates with procurement experience, SAP proficiency, and knowledge of MRP and production planning are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience involving sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Strong proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of purchase-order processing and procurement documentation.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
• Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP, production planning, and materials management preferred.
• Forecasting experience is a strong plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and track procurement activity in SAP
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, quality, and project teams
• Support production planning and material availability
• Monitor vendor performance and service metrics
• Investigate supply-chain disruptions and supplier concerns
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement in procurement and supply-chain processes
• Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiations
• Provide forecasting and planning support as needed
