Job summary

L'OCCITANE Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Intern to help automate and digitalize the transportation department. You will work with lean engineering and IT teams to pinpoint opportunities and analyze bottlenecks, acting as the interface between transportation and engineering teams.

The role requires prior supply chain exposure, strong Excel skills, and proactive problem solving in a hybrid setting with some travel to Cranbury, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Previous internship or experience in Supply Chain is required.
• Proactive and highly organized with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery KPI tracking and carrier invoice processing.
• Analyze bottlenecks and brainstorm improvements for workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities within transportation.
• Collaborate with Lean Engineering and IT to implement automation.

JOB SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst Intern will participate in the automation and digitalization of the transportation department. The intern will be part of a team to help identify new automation opportunities, analyze process issues and bottlenecks to suggest improvements. The student will be the interface between transportation and the lean engineering and IT teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and work with the current process for delivery KPI’s and carrier invoices
• Analyze process issues and bottle necks to suggest improvements to streamline current workflows
• Identify automation opportunities within the transportation department
• Partner with Lean Engineering and IT Team to help implement automation practices and improvements

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering

EXPERIENCE

• Previous internship or experience in Supply Chain

SKILLS

• Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills needed
• Advanced computer skills in MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup)
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Proactivity and strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Hybrid Role (with potential 1-2 days travel to Cranbury, NJ Distribution Center)
