Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to drive inventory control and process improvements across warehouses and sites. You will analyze movement of goods, monitor systems, perform D365 transactions, and support cost and productivity insights.

Travel to JPM (Alma, WI) and other Dairyland locations will be required. Experience in supply chain, data analysis, and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field plus 1 year of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field plus 3 years related experience.
• Process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Control inventory levels and reconcile with the management system.
• Perform Microsoft D365 transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Approve invoices and verify deliveries.
• Manage on-site vending program.
• Create and manage new parts in Microsoft D365.
• Analyze data (costs, productivity, demand patterns) to improve cash flow and inventory turns.
• Identify root causes and implement solutions to reduce enterprise risk.
• Travel frequently to JPM (Alma, WI) and occasionally to other Dairyland sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
