Job summary

Atlas Tube, part of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Chicago, IL to support the AIM program with data management, reporting and process optimization. You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Customer Experience to monitor automated replenishment, resolve data issues and drive inventory efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, steel, or industrial environments preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Administer AIM data and maintain master data for replenishment processes.
Identify and resolve data errors, system issues, and tolerance exceptions.
Coordinate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to troubleshoot AIM issues.
Monitor AIM workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
Support AIM reserve reviews and material repurposing requests.
Generate and analyze data related to inventory consumption and replenishment.
Review trends and adjust supply planning recommendations to balance inventory.
Document business requirements and assist testing for new AIM features.
Lead implementation of new AIM functionality and process improvements.
