Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst at the Huntsville engine plant to support process and methods development. You will report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and lead KPI dashboards, weekly reports, and cross‑plant projects to improve operations.

This is an onsite role with standard work hours Mon–Thu. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain (or related field) is required, with or without experience (2+ years preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree and no experience or at least 2 years in supply chain or manufacturing
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Manage KPI dashboards and weekly reporting needs for the function
  • Develop new reports/BI tools as business needs evolve
  • Process/value stream mapping and reducing non-value add tasks
  • Develop standards for multiple supply chain functions
  • Training and deployment of the standards to the supply chain team
  • ERP key user and subject matter expert
  • Manage IT roadmap for the function and ensure automation and digital projects are executed
  • Drive cross plant strategic projects or Assignment Directives
  • Root cause investigations

Position Overview

International Motors engine plant has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst. The Supply Chain Analyst will report directly to Senior Supply Chain Manager and support process and methods development for the function. In this position, you will be responsible for multiple projects that improve functional operations and deliver on strategic corporate initiatives.


Work Hours: 4 days Mon-Thurs 6:30am - 5:00pm (Flexible); Strictly an Onsite Role


Responsibilities


  • Manage KPI dashboards and weekly reporting needs for the function

  • Develop new reports/BI tools as business needs evolve

  • Process/value stream mapping and finding ways to reduce non-value add tasks

  • Develop standards for multiple supply chain functions

  • Training and deployment of the standards to the supply chain team

  • ERP key user and subject matter expert

  • Manage IT roadmap for the function and ensuring automation and digital projects are executed on

  • Drive cross plant strategic projects or Assignment Directives

  • Root cause investigations


Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree and no experience

  • At least 2 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience

Salary Minimum: USD $52,800.00/Yr.


Salary Maximum: USD $79,200.00/Yr.
