Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to join our team and drive efficiency across distribution and retail processes. You will support initiatives, analyze data, and help implement Lean/Six Sigma projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields and 2+ years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in MS Office tools. Regular hours exceed 40 per week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Distribution Centers, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics.
• Experience with Six Sigma, 5S Methodology and/or other Continuous Improvement Principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support analyst team on process improvement initiatives across parcel and finance opportunities.
• Work with cross functional teams for process improvement implementations.
• Analyze existing retail processes, workflows & performance data to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
• Support the design & implementation of process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Gather and document business requirements through observations, interviews, & data collection.
• Develop & monitor KPIs and assist with reporting on project outcomes.
• Help develop training materials and assist in delivering process change communication.
• Partner with cross functional managers & business leaders to establish key metrics that measure & determine success.
• Maintain weekly reporting on separate cost savings initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans & schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and timeline.
• Create cost/benefit analysis on proposed recommendations and actions.
• Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in Distribution Centers, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or equivalent experience
• Experience with Six Sigma, 5S Methodology &/or other Continuous Improvement Principles a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in project teams preferred
• Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision
• Quick learner with strong organization skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Understanding of business concepts: Business Logistics, Transportation, & Supply Chain Mngt

Reports to Logistics Department Management

• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
• Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds occasionally
• Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week

The starting salary for this position is $54,600 – $72,748 and may increase to $90,896 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
