Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Management Specialist to process and manage customer orders, coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics, and ensure accurate fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Buena Park office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years in order management, customer service, or supply chain roles, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and order tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food industry regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP) is a plus.
  • This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Buena Park office. Remote or hybrid work options are not available.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring proper pricing, SKU#, order quantity, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and track orders from receipt to shipment, proactively addressing delays or issues.
  • Track product inventory to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Verify and process order adjustments, returns, and credits in compliance with company policies.
  • Experience with EDI using customer portal for order management.
  • Collaborate with 3PL warehouses to ensure accurate order fulfillment execution.
  • Generate invoices with accurate shipped quantity and price.
  • Act as the main contact for key account/customers on order status, delivery updates and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with sales and account managers to align on customer expectations and special requests.
  • Address customer inquiries related to order discrepancies, shortages, and shipping delays.
  • Collaborate with inventory and demand planning teams to ensure order accuracy and product availability.
  • Identify and elevate potential stock shortages, production delays, or quality issues that may impact order fulfillment.
  • Assist in maintaining order forecasts based on customer demand and historical trends.
  • Understand customer demand and ordering patterns, including promotions, to support production planning through sales data analytics.
  • Ensure all orders comply with food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary order-related documentation.

The Key Account Management Specialist is responsible for processing and managing customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer expectations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order entry, inventory availability, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical skills to track order trends, identify demand patterns, and provide insights to optimize order fulfillment processes. By leveraging data, the specialist will help improve forecasting accuracy, reduce order discrepancies, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
