Job summary

Kern Energy seeks a Supply and Logistics Analyst to support our supply chain, logistics and marketing operations in Bakersfield. You will schedule daily inventories, analyze data, and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs, enabling cost reductions and efficiency gains across teams.

The role involves forecasting inventories, collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and supporting refinery operations around the clock as needed. Strong analytical skills and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and communicate daily inventories for product and crude; support refinery demands.
• Collect, analyze and communicate data related to supply chain, logistics and marketing operations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost reductions.
• Support 24/7 refinery operations and assist outside regular hours as needed.

Kern Energy is seeking a Supply and Logistics Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the supply chain, logistics and marketing operations of the company. This role is responsible for daily inventory scheduling, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
