Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Program Manager for end-to-end order execution of OCI data center hardware, driving on-time, right-first-time delivery and optimizing inventory while de-risking blockers across suppliers, logistics and site readiness.

You will partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Delivery teams to automate processes, improve forecasting and visibility, and build executive dashboards for cycle time, redeployment and cost-to-serve.

  • Drive inventory optimization and manage hardware blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Delivery, and other stakeholders to establish scalable operating mechanisms.
  • Automate and streamline supply chain processes, workflows, and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation, and visibility.
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPIs for cycle time, redeployment, reuse, excess reduction, and cost-to-serve metrics.
  • Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with Oracle standards and expectations.
  • Drive supply chain initiatives, operational improvements, and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines of business and external supplier organizations.
  • Influence product and supplier selection decisions based on cost, technology, and continuity of supply considerations.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $66,200 - $132,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
