Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a quality/ops professional to manage supplier data and drive rapid resolutions for factory issues. You will analyze trends, support RCCA activities, and collaborate with quality and cross-functional teams to meet continuous improvement goals.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5 years of related experience, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and a Lean/Six Sigma background. This hybrid Windsor, CT position offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Five (5) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience with RCCA tools and processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Excellent communication skills and high computer proficiency (SAP and Microsoft tools).
• Six Sigma, Lean and/or ASQ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse supplier data, including SRIs, and support RCCA implementation.
• Aggregate and interpret trend indications to identify root causes.
• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues with quality and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement goals.

What You Will Do

• Manage and Analyse supplier supplied data including SRI's, or other line stopping issues for top and systemic drivers and help to implement the RRCA
• Aggregate and Interpret trend indications
• Utilise analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead a rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with quality and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement goals.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Five (5) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
• Excellent communication skills
• High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.) a plus

Pay Range

$33.65/hour - $36.06/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered a hybrid position located in Windsor, CT

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, up to 50% of travel is required.
