Job summary

Aramco Services in Houston seeks a Supplier Relations Support role to assist with customer service to proponents in matters related to supplier relations. This temporary position serves Aramco Americas Company and North American subsidiaries from Houston, focusing on data accuracy, registrations, and issue resolution.

You will screen new suppliers, create VID SAP numbers, update records, support SRM communications, and help with due diligence checks, with a target to complete tasks within set

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One certification within 1 year: CCEP, SRME, SRMA, or SRMP by IACCM.
• Experience with SAP SRM or similar SRM is essential.
• Must communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Screenings on new suppliers using Aramco applications.
• Assist in resolving SRM-related issues via phone and SRM email.
• Track resolution progress and follow up as needed.
• Create VID SAP numbers for vendors.
• Update supplier records and correct data (tax, address, cost center).
• Assist with background and due diligence checks.
• Support IKTVA supplier forums and Exhibit Booth activities by answering supplier onboarding questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
