Role: Supplier Quality Manager (Quality Agreements)

Location: North Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Duration: 9+ Months

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Manager with strong experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Agreements, and Supplier Performance Management within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. This is a hands-on execution role focused on supplier quality operations, not a people management position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage Supplier Quality Agreements
• Create and maintain supplier scorecards and performance metrics
• Track, analyze, and report supplier quality trends and KPIs
• Coordinate supplier metric reviews and ensure timely completion
• Support supplier compliance activities and quality system initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive quality improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of Quality experience in Pharma or Medical Device manufacturing
