Job summary

Mirion Technologies in Florham Park, NJ seeks a hands-on Supplier Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across hardware and software, manage supplier quality, and ensure product development and manufacturing meet external and internal quality expectations.

You will drive quality metrics, develop KPIs, and champion corrective actions; collaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations to sustain inspection readiness and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA).

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field; MS preferred.
• 5-10+ years in hands-on product quality management.
• Experience with SW and HW products preferred.
• Familiar with IPC-A-600/610, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820.
• ASQ certification preferred; supplier qualification experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of quality culture strategies across the product life cycle.
• Own supplier quality management and collaboration with procurement and supplier management.
• Monitor, review, and improve quality in manufacturing and product changes; drive corrective actions.
• Serve as Quality Representative on new product development teams and ensure Design for Quality.
• Mentor and lead team members; plan resources based on initiatives and trends.
