Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering Program Manager in Fond du Lac, WI, to lead cross-functional teams through the product development process under the Sr. Director of Supplier Quality.

The role emphasizes analytics and strategic initiatives for new and existing product launches. The successful candidate will drive project schedules, KPIs, and risk management across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service, and Sales, aligning with Mercury Marine's governance practices

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in project/program management.
Supply Chain management experience required.
Proven success in project management and cross-functional leadership.
Strong data analysis abilities and software skills: Excel and Power BI; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
Proficient with engineering prints, APQP, and PPAP processes.
Excellent time management and organization; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier quality activities for product development programs within cross-functional teams.
Develop, lead, and drive project schedules; monitor progress and KPIs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, and others.
Governance, KPI reporting, and senior leadership presentations.
Assess risk, develop contingency plans, and communicate program implications.
Coordinate program reviews monthly with supplier quality managers and engineers.
