Responsibilities

• Support SQE team with daily quality management tasks for purchased materials and suppliers.
• Assist in developing and improving supplier quality management systems and plans to reduce incoming inspections without impacting product quality.
• Participate in supplier audits and help manage supplier control charts and COA data to identify trends or non-compliance.
• Verify material defects using microscopes and measurement tools to ensure parts meet drawing specifications.
• Review, organize, and archive supplier documentation and quality deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update system tools to keep supplier data and reports current and well-organized.
• Capture and analyze defect data to define acceptance and rejection criteria for incoming inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support product development and production.
• Support management of Supplier Quality metrics, specifications, and procedures.
