Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) required; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years in a technical manufacturing environment with strong customer interaction.
• Expert RCCA and DOE experience; strong supplier management and lean manufacturing.
• Experience in ITAR/EAR controlled environments; NADCAP knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO14971 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced quality planning with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with purchasing, materials, and receiving to ensure supplier quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead corrective actions for repeat nonconformities.
• Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments for quality, delivery, and continuity.
• Maintain records and supplier rating data to drive continual improvement.
