Philips in Reedsville, PA is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality through APQP during product industrialization and ongoing lifecycle improvement. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to achieve superior quality performance.

You will evaluate potential suppliers, execute DFx, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and related quality tools, and support DfX collaboration with R&D to enhance product designs. Office/onsite work is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in quality, supplier quality, or process engineering.
• Experience with DFx, process validation, and continuous improvement preferred.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate potential suppliers through technical capability assessments and selection.
• Execute DFx, SAF, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PV&V, FAI, LRA, and SICR.
• Execute, monitor, and control APQP processes during NPI projects to maintain quality and timelines.
• Document detailed quality requirements in the Supplier Project Book for clear communication and compliance.
• Facilitate DfX collaboration between R&D and suppliers to enhance design quality.
