Job summary

The role requires strong audit experience, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage cross‑functional projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years related experience in quality engineering or supplier quality.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; CQE preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with supplier audits and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement supplier quality metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Recommend new or revised supplier quality procedures.
• Support efforts to reduce non-conformances and improve reliability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
