Medtronic Boulder is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer II to ensure quality from suppliers across the manufacturing cycle. You will lead audits, qualify suppliers, and collaborate with component engineers to drive quality and compliance in new product development.

The role emphasizes hands-on quality engineering, interfacing with suppliers and internal teams, and contributing to Medtronic's mission to alleviate pain and extend life.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 0 years.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience interfacing with internal customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
• Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program.
• Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and resolves supplier-related problems.
• Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure GMP and quality standards are met.
• Evaluates suppliers' performance and provides feedback.
