Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer II to provide quality engineering support across the design, procurement, assembly, test, manufacturing, validation, and distribution of medical devices, with emphasis on supplier quality.

You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Procurement to implement robust QA tools, drive corrective actions, and sustain quality systems throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of quality engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate supplier related process and product issues and collaborate with other functions to resolve quality problems.
• Plan and coordinate engineering assignments and oversee group activities.
• Schedule work to meet dates and specifications and coordinate resources.
• Review specifications and supplier systems; support quality systems across design to distribution.
• Provide guidance on QA tools and ensure robust quality systems throughout the product lifecycle.
