Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering confirmed.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• 1st shift available; flexibility to business needs.
• Experience with computers and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensures suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
• Qualifies suppliers per company standards and may manage a Certified Supplier Program.
• Monitors parts from acquisition through manufacturing and resolves supplier issues.
• Audits designated suppliers to ensure GMP and quality standards are met.
• Evaluates supplier internal functions and provides feedback.
• Supports Pre-Market Supplier Quality and New Product Development (NPD).
• Provides technical guidance and quality compliance for supplier engagements throughout NPD lifecycle.
• Collaborates on Product Acceptance Sampling Strategy and Approved Supplier List coordination.
• Defines Receiving Inspection requirements and test method validation for internal Medtronic methods.
